I can't wait for the day when I jog/run for a solid length of time and not feel like my lungs are going to explode after. hahaPoet4Him77https://www.blogger.com/profile/03626649036041810429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6986319836089318205.post-9042856053686826702009-01-16T21:47:00.000-06:002009-01-16T21:47:00.000-06:00Mike, thanks for your encouragement! He's the one who gave me legs to walk and the willpower to do more than I ever thought possible. Times like tonight when I'm sore, I'm thankful that I have legs to be sore. Sorry, tangent. I just started thinking about how grateful I am for my health.Poet4Him77https://www.blogger.com/profile/03626649036041810429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6986319836089318205.post-21369419099717306222009-01-16T13:15:00.000-06:002009-01-16T13:15:00.000-06:00Great job! My husband runs, and I used to. . . it's a weird thing - it seems completely unattainable, but when you pt some effort in, like you did, it becomes very doable. Congrats!Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10369662617248103139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6986319836089318205.post-55113224329045591472009-01-16T00:55:00.000-06:002009-01-16T00:55:00.000-06:00I am proud of you. That was a while ago, but it was also when I was in the best shape of my life. Related? I think so. :)Poet4Him77https://www.blogger.com/profile/03626649036041810429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6986319836089318205.post-44414579182861519102009-01-15T07:33:00.000-06:002009-01-15T07:33:00.000-06:00Great job, Mer! You might alternating jogging at 3.5 mph for five (or three) minutes and walking briskly at 3 mph to begin with. When that becomes "easy"—and it will!—step it up by .5 mph. So glad you're feeling strong and healthy!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00102233756519391592noreply@blogger.com
